Mission-Critical Pre-Failure Detection
Definition
OmniSniffer is a mission-critical governance integrity and pre-failure detection platform, developed under Pre-Failure Research Group LLC. Its core purpose: measure the gap between what institutions say they'll do and what they actually do, then keep a tamper-proof, permanent record of that gap — before systemic failures happen, not after.
It's not a compliance checklist. It's a predictive governance health instrument that measures both failure trajectory and recovery trajectory in a single directional score — the Gap Index V2.0.
Boundaries
Takes no sides, advocates for no party or outcome.
It measures and documents — it doesn't tell people what to do with findings.
Not controlled by any single person, including its creator. SET binds everyone, including its designer, as tightly as any user.
System Architecture
Guided by
Evidence before assumption · No unilateral authority · Privacy by design · Fail closed by default
