What it is

OmniSniffer is a mission-critical governance integrity and pre-failure detection platform, developed under Pre-Failure Research Group LLC. Its core purpose: measure the gap between what institutions say they'll do and what they actually do, then keep a tamper-proof, permanent record of that gap — before systemic failures happen, not after.

It's not a compliance checklist. It's a predictive governance health instrument that measures both failure trajectory and recovery trajectory in a single directional score — the Gap Index V2.0.

TRISENTINEL

Three sub-sentinels working in concert — Drift Sentinel computes the Gap Index and issues Drift/Stabilization Receipts; NCI (Narrative Contamination Index) detects coordinated psy-op patterns, defensive only; Law-Sentinel handles constitutional/legal drift detection.

EDSV

Encrypted Data Sequestration Vault — multi-signature unlock requiring quorum and valid legal authorization. No solo access, ever.

DARC

Dual/Distributed Authority, Reserved Custodians — governance layer mirroring the nuclear two-man rule; no single arbiter.

GBB

Governance Black Box — forensic record of authority actions. Cannot be quietly removed; seals on trigger.

COZ

Controlled Observation Zones — hardware/software-enforced no-record zones; logs presence, never content.

TRUTH LEDGER

Truth Ledger — hash-chained, tamper-resistant ledger. No central authority, no memory-holing, no edits.
